Paying for law school is often the top concern for aspiring law students. Thankfully, a little knowledge about the financial aid process and funding strategies will go a long way in lowering your stress as you make your way through your legal education. In this session, we’ll discuss cost of attendance, the financial aid application process and the types of aid available to law students. In addition, you’ll learn about student loans (both federal and private), and how to compare financial aid offers so you can determine your estimated out-of-pocket expenses associated with each school you’re considering. Students attending law school in 26-27 will receive an entry into the AccessLex $15,000 scholarship drawing.
Natalie Daniels, AFC, Regional Director – North Central, AccessLex Center for Education and Financial Capability, will also share information about the tools and services offered by AccessLex.
